The Trident Homes Tactix are pleased to announce a new partnership with Christchurch-based company PURE Sports Nutrition ahead of the 2024 ANZ Premiership.
PURE Sports Nutrition was founded in 2012 to create premium products that fuel clean performance. Their range of products have been developed and produced in New Zealand and benefit those searching for good nutrition to play a part in their exercise and wellbeing.
The Christchurch-based company sponsors sporting events around the country as well as high performance athletes and grassroots sporting communities.
Tactix defender Greer Sinclair said the team were excited to partner with the sports nutrition supplements supplier and had enjoyed using PURE Sports Nutrition products during their pre-season block as they prepare for the 2024 ANZ Premiership.
“I’ve been using PURE vanilla whey protein for my post training smoothies, mixed with berries, banana, milk and honey. Such a fast and yummy way to get my protein in straight after training to refuel me and begin my recovery so I’m ready to go for my next training,” Sinclair said.
“I also use the gels during the game to give me a quick energy boost. My favourite is the pineapple – so good.”
PURE Sports Nutrition managing director Simon Kraak said they were delighted to team up with the Tactix for the ANZ Premiership.
“Traditionally PURE Sports Nutrition has focussed on the cycling, triathlon and running disciplines, but our products are really beneficial in all sports to help prevent fatigue and aid recovery,” he said.
“High intensity sports like netball are a great fit for our products which is why we’re so pleased to be able to join forces with a high-performance team like the Tactix.
“Like the Tactix, we are committed to supporting and uplifting those around us and we look forward to building our relationship together.”
The Trident Homes Tactix open their 2024 ANZ Premiership when they host the Steel in Christchurch on 15 April.
