1. What is the age for a child membership?

A child member must be under the age of 15 on 1 January 2024.

2. I want to lock in my Tactix 2024 membership but I’m not sure if I’ll be available to attend all of the matches.

A Flexi 5 or Flexi 3 membership is the perfect option if you want to be a Tactix member but need the flexibility to select your preferred matches later in the season. Flexi memberships give you the ability to redeem tickets to your preferred matches in your own time throughout the season while still enjoying all of the exclusive benefits of a Tactix membership.

3. I have purchased a Flexi Membership, how do I select the matches I would like to attend?

As a Flexi member you will be provided a link and codes to redeem tickets to your selected matches online via the Ticketek portal. Flexi match selection for the 2024 season will be available from 15 January 2024.

4. When can I collect my membership card?

Membership cards will be available for collection on the pre-season Members’ Day. If you are not able to attend the Members’ Day, your membership card will be available for collection on the door at the first match you attend during the season.

5. How do I access the Members’ Priority Entrance on match days?

Prior to each match you will receive an email with all of the information you need to know regarding the upcoming match day, this will include details of the location of the Members’ Priority Entrance and the time that it will open. All you need to utilise the entrance is your Tactix membership card.

6. Do I need a ticket to enter the match venue?

If you are a Full, Arena 5, MainPower 2 and Team of 4 member you do not need a ticket to enter the match – your membership card will include a barcode which allows you access into the match venue.

If you are a Flexi 5 or Flexi 3 member you will also require an e-ticket for the matches you have selected to attend. Your e-ticket will be sent to you at the time of match redemption.

7. If I can no longer attend a match, can I give my membership card to someone else?

Yes! Tactix memberships are transferable so if you can no longer make it to a match you are welcome to give your membership card to someone else to come in your place. Please note the membership category must be maintained – i.e. an adult cannot use a child membership.

8. If I can no longer attend a match, can I get a refund?

We cannot provide refunds for matches missed, however as Tactix memberships are transferable we encourage you to find someone who can take your place.

9. How do I know about special membership offers and events?

As a Tactix member you will be sent exclusive information and offers via email. Please keep your details up to date to ensure you don’t miss any member communications.

10. What should I do if I lose my membership card?
